Air Gun Nozzle (Maus-Design)
ThTheese nozzles are operated with machine compressed air and are used to heat smaller areas of rotational mould selectively, thus enabling a targeted build-up of the plastic wall thickness. In contrast to Venturi nozzles, these air nozzles cannot directly amplify the air flow by sucked-in air, but they do lead to a strong air turbulence and thus create a suction effect.

Air Hoses "Metal-flex-hose"
Permanently elastic metal flex hose with stainless steel mesh and Teflon inliner to compensate movements. Due to the construction, these hose will only absorb very little heat.   4 Standard lengths available – or custom cut:   300mm  / 500mm  / 750mm /  1.000mm    Stainless-steel: Outer Ø 11,8 mm   PTFE-Inliner: Inner Ø 8,1 mm   Outer Ø 10,1 mm       Pressure up to 200 bar   Fitting: male G 3/8 / female G 3/8       Recommended fittings for other accessories   1) Venturis = Double Adapter G 1/8 to G 3/8    2) Coupling (Automatic / Semi-Automatic) = G 3/8   3) Ejector = Double Adapter with G 3/8

Air Hoses "Stainless Steel"
Thin-walled corrugated stainless steel pipe incl. 3/8 connection with 2 union nuts Due to the design and maximized surface area, the compressed air is heated in the furnace chamber (or cooled in the cooling station) and thus additionally improves the efficiency of connected venturi or air nozzles. Due to the profiling of the tube, a deformation is simply possible by hand, but not designed to withstand permanent movement / deformation.

Air-Jector
Air-Jector This is a pneumatic demolding aid that is used on planar surfaces in the mold. The plate, which has a diameter of 35 mm, presses against the part to be demolded from the inside with a 35 mm stroke and thus lifts it out of the mold shell a little. This simplifies the removal of parts that are difficult to demold and ensures damage-free handling of the removal.

Anemometer
Cost-effective and handy anemometer for quantifiable measurement of the air flow under a Venturi nozzle. Essential instrument for optimal adjustment of Venturis and also for recording the correct function.

Ejectors to break vacuum
An air-operated ejector to release the vacuum between the mould wall and the plastic part. Supplied external compressed air lifts the spring-loaded valve and allows the air to flow out between the mould wall and the moulded plastic product - releasing the vacuum - and assisting the demoulding process with a light film of air.   The ejector has a valve diameter of 20mm and is available for mounting on Aluminium or steel moulds. Please select accordingly. The outer shell of the ejector is welded directly to the mould skin.

Matching steel brackets for Venturis
Allows the easy mounting or installment of a Venturi to the frame of a rotational mould - by avoiding directly weld connections on the Venturi nozzle you can guarantee the best operating principle of the Venturi.

Quick-Release Air Couplings
For screw-free cutting and closing of air lines on rotational moulds. The robust quick coupling made of brass and hardened stainless steel offers best grip properties due to its knurled locking sleeve.

Quick-Release Air Couplings "Automatic System"
Automatic or intuitive compressed air coupling for integration into the clamping concept of the rotational mould. The hardened steel air coupling is integrated into moulds frame.  The automatic system is spring loaded and does not require any seals. The sealing surfaces of the coupling are coated with „BMC-007“ and allow a maintenance-free use.  The airline gets separated or closed by simply operating the clamping frame of the mould. No further manual intervention is necessary to open the couplings, eliminating the risk of damage or chances to forget to connect the airline.

Slow Gain Nozzle
Variante1: "Flow-Gain-Nozzle" (1/4 Aufnahmegewinde)
These nozzles are operated with machine compressed air and are used to heat smaller areas of the rotational mould selectively, thus enabling a targeted build-up of the plastic wall thickness. In contrast to Venturi nozzles, these air nozzles cannot directly amplify the air flow by sucked-in air, but they do lead to a strong air turbulence and thus create a suction effect.

Supa Quik air coupling
Our experience is that most available high temperature airline couplers are great while they are new. However, after a few trips through the oven, operators find themselves reaching for their spanners to undo the ‚quick connector‘. Supaquik is our solution for a airline quick connector that is designed for the rotational moulding industry.   Why Supaquik? - No sliding collars to become clogged. - No ball bearings to jam up. - Easily serviceable single O ring seal. - Resistant to clogging. - Simple to use and robust. - Easy to see that it is properly engaged and locked. - Low pressure drop - perfect for Venturi systems.

Venturis
With the help of a Venturi nozzle, the build up of the plastic wall thickness during rotational moulding production can be greatly influenced.    The operating principle of the Venturi nozzle can best be described by the term „air amplifier“. Supplied compressed air exits through a defined gap and produces a suction effect above the nozzle.    The venturi is attached to the clamping frame of the mould - the outlet opening points to the area on the moulds outer skin that should receive extra heat. Operated by compressed air, the venturi draws the hot air from the oven chamber and forces the increased air flow onto the directed point of the rotational mould  and will accelerate the build-up of plastic in this area.(Of course, a venturi can also be used for targeted cooling of certain areas - as cold air can be sucked from the cooling chamber forcing to the target).    The Maus - Venturi nozzles are specially developed for use in rotation. Due to the adjustability it is possible to operate with different air pressure (2 - 6 bar air pressure) with approximately the same suction volume. Compared to conventional nozzles, the compressed air consumption is greatly reduced.   The stainless steel and brass construction ensures continuous operation, especially under conditions typical for the rotational moulding process. The Venturi nozzle can be completely disassembled for easy cleaning and maintenance.
