Our experience is that most available high temperature airline couplers are great while they are new. However, after a few trips through the oven, operators find themselves reaching for their spanners to undo the ‚quick connector‘. Supaquik is our solution for a airline quick connector that is designed for the rotational moulding industry.

Air Hoses "Stainless Steel"

Thin-walled corrugated stainless steel pipe incl. 3/8 connection with 2 union nuts Due to the design and maximized surface area, the compressed air is heated in the furnace chamber (or cooled in the cooling station) and thus additionally improves the efficiency of connected venturi or air nozzles. Due to the profiling of the tube, a deformation is simply possible by hand, but not designed to withstand permanent movement / deformation.
