Air-Jector This is a pneumatic demolding aid that is used on planar surfaces in the mold. The plate, which has a diameter of 35 mm, presses against the part to be demolded from the inside with a 35 mm stroke and thus lifts it out of the mold shell a little. This simplifies the removal of parts that are difficult to demold and ensures damage-free handling of the removal.

MPK1 Pneumatic clamp: Temperature-resistant, pneumatic swivel arm clamp for closing individual rotational moulds (or just critical mould sections) or entire spider arrangements   Execution and function: The robust pneumatic MAUS clamp is designed for continuous use in rotation. Design and Function: The rugged Maus Pneumatic Push/Pull Cylinder is designed for continuous use on rotational molds. Solid steel housing, temperature resistant. Dimensions for stroke and support of the unit to can be customized to request. Significant acceleration of the operating times of the rotational molds, higher repeatability in the process, since the parts to be operated are always moved in the same sequence. Gentle on molds, easy handling for the operator, no component can be forgotten. The cylinder can be moved in or out via two air connections. Automatic or intuitive compressed air coupling for integration into the clamping concept of the rotational mould. The hardened steel air coupling is integrated into moulds frame.  The automatic system is spring loaded and does not require any seals. The sealing surfaces of the coupling are coated with „BMC-007“ and allow a maintenance-free use.  The airline gets separated or closed by simply operating the clamping frame of the mould. No further manual intervention is necessary to open the couplings, eliminating the risk of damage or chances to forget to connect the airline.

“Low Cost” Rollers and Slides - Smaller version than 43mm rolls runners used in the “precision” version. Lubricated with high temperature resistant grease. Slides are made of fabricated steel profiles. Suitable for moulds where the output quantity is not as high and the individual mould elements weight is rather little.

Precision Rollers and Slides    Precision 43mm wide slides made of hardened steel. Runners sled with three rolls, ball bearing of the rolls are lubricated with a special high temperature resistant grease. Slides and runners and recommended for multi-part moulds, simplifying the handling and increasing the production output, preventing accidental damages to the mould parts by dropping or hitting them.
