BMC Foam cleaner

BMC foam cleaner - an environmentally friendly foam cleaner recommended for all types of BMC coating provided by Maus GmbH - can also be used as general mould cleaner. Removes all sorts of surface contamination such as pigments, release agents, etc. Speciality: by spraying onto the mould surface, the cleaner foams up and remains even on vertical walls, thereby very efficiently for losensing up of contaminations. C100 Refresher

C100 Refresher: Is a reactivating solution specifically for the C66 coating (Edelweiss) to recreate the lost release properties of the C66 coating. this is how it is done:carefully rub the approx. 50 - 60°C warm tool with a soaked microfiber cloth on the affected areas. After a short soaking and airing time of approx. 1min, the tool is ready for use again. C100 can also be diluted 1:1 with demineralized water.

Setral high-temperature oil

SHT 260 MT - Aerosol can with fully synthetic, high temperature resistant oil used for lubricating all movable parts of moulds and/or machine which are exposed to contact with temperatures up to 250 oC. Most efficient lubrication featuring an excellent creep behaviour allowing many production cycles before re-greasing. Even sincerely seized parts will be released and greased.Available in 400ml spray bottle SYN-setral-INT/250 FD-1 - Cartridge with high temperature resistant grease used for long-term lubrication of mould and/or machine components exposed to temperatures up to 280 oC. Especially recommended for all sort of bearing. This product is authorised by Ernst Reinhardts GmbH to be used for all bearings working in oven in Reinhardt rotomoulding machines.Available in 800g cartridges.

Thermopaste syringe 10g

Thermopaste - A non setting, high thermally conductive paste used for installation of Heat-Pipes. Provides the all-time necessary contact between the Heat-Pipe and mould surface allowing the heat (during cooking) and cold (during cooling) to properly reach to the desired areas of the mould. Available in a 10g syringe.
