Air-Jector
This is a pneumatic demolding aid that is used on planar surfaces in the mold. The plate, which has a diameter of 35 mm, presses against the part to be demolded from the inside with a 35 mm stroke and thus lifts it out of the mold shell a little. This simplifies the removal of parts that are difficult to demold and ensures damage-free handling of the removal.
