Deburring Tool "LT-profile"
The most frequently occurring rework on rotomoulded plastic products is the removal of the burr (or so called flash or seam) in the area of the partinglines of the mould halves, the so-called "trimming". For this activity, depending on the product size or geometry a variety of different tools are in the market. For a more professional deburring of your plastic products, we have three different deburring knives in the program, which are specially designed for trimming of rotomoulded products. This deburring tool has a curved profile and can also be used in relatively narrow, somewhat inaccessible places. The cutting edges are protected in the two recesses and thus minimize the risk of injury when deburring. The ground and sharpened opening is pressed on the burr - by pulling towards yourself the flash is taken away. Due to the pulling movement rather than pushing, cutting or stabbing injuries are safely avoided.

Deburring Tool "V-profile
The most frequently occurring rework on rotomoulded plastic products is the removal of the burr (or so called flash or seam) in the area of the partinglines of the mould halves, the so-called "trimming". For this activity, depending on the product size or geometry a variety of different tools are in the market.   For a more professional deburring of your plastic products, we have three different deburring knives in the program, which are specially designed for trimming of rotomoulded products.   Deburring profile with metal handle The sturdy metal handle of this deburring knife fits well in the hand and contains a holder for interchangeable blades. The profile is supplied with a blade but you can also order spare blades separately. Due to the "V-profile" of this cutting blade, a easy guidance on the plastic burr is possible, as the burr always centers in the middle of the V-Profile. The flattened contact surface of the blade prevents too deep penetration into the plastic part, to avoid unattractive notches and scratches.   Deburring knife with wooden handle Similar to the metal handle tool, the cutting edge of this deburring knife is also "V-shaped" to allow a clean guide on the plastic burr. The flattened contact surface prevents a too deep penetration into the plastic surface in order to avoid unattractive notches and scratches.   However, the design of this deburring knife is much more robust and is therefore ideal for deburring particularly large plastic products (e.g. large tanks, barrels ...).

Structure-stamp
Our Stamps are designed to be used to repair moulded plastic parts that may have become damaged during or after molding. Using the Retexturing Stamp you can reduce scrap rates caused by scratches or gouges in the part. It has been designed and manufactured to impart on the plastic part typical mold finishes such as shot peen and sanded finishes that are utilized in the manufacturing of rotational mold tooling. In this way, blemishes can be blended into the surrounding areas saving what was going to be a scrap part.   Superficial scratches will require only a slight heating of the plastic part so as to soften the surface. Then the Stamp can be used to flow the surface plastic into the scratch at the same time imparting the appropriate texture.
