The spring loaded insert carrier system is available in different sizes for fixing of M4, M5 , M6 or M8 insert in the mould. With either a steel or Aluminium shaft, the carrier system can be weld to the relevant mould half.
Pushing the insert carrier into the mould, the insert can easily be screwed on the exposed thread. Just a few thread turns will be sufficient, as the spring will pull the loaded insert flush to the mould surface.
Before demoulding procedures, a few turns are needed to release the carrier form insert, while the spring loading assembly will pull the carrier away from the insert.
