Product information "Quick-Release Air Couplings "Automatic System""

Automatic or intuitive compressed air coupling for integration into the clamping concept of the rotational mould. The hardened steel air coupling is integrated into moulds frame. 

The automatic system is spring loaded and does not require any seals. The sealing surfaces of the coupling are coated with „BMC-007“ and allow a maintenance-free use. 

The airline gets separated or closed by simply operating the clamping frame of the mould. No further manual intervention is necessary to open the couplings, eliminating the risk of damage or chances to forget to connect the airline.
