The robust pneumatic MAUS clamp is designed for continuous use in rotation. Solid steel housing, with temperature-resistant special seals, clamping force 390kg/clamp!
Greatly speeding up the opening and closing times of the moulds. Opening and closing of a mould in only a few seconds!
Gentle on the moulds, easy handling for the operator, visual inspection, the clamps combined with a ring line are operated by just external air, both for opening and closing. During rotation, the clamps are pressureless - making them 100% safe, reliable and repeatable. Easy maintenance of the pneumatic clamps.
Prerequisite for use in rotary production:
External compressed air connection with at least 7 bar pressure
Spring elements in the frame structure.
