Maus-Hole™ plugs
Maus-Hole cylinders are used to form openings directly into a rotational moulded plastic product - without drilling or milling. The Maus-Hole cylinders are made of temperature-resistant silicone and can be inserted directly through an opening in the mould wall. The relevant fixing of the cylinders in the mould is carried out via the cast-on collar. Unlike similar placeholders made of PTFE, the slightly flexible Maus-Hole cylinders do not hinder the shrinkage of the plastic part in the mould. In addition, the openings formed with Maus-Hole cylinders have a much more precise edge formation.
The cylinders are available in the standard sizes Ø 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 16mm,18mm, 20mm, 22mm, 24mm.
